NEW MUSIC!!: Mary J. Blige – Everyday People

We love this woman! Mary J. Blige has had a bit of a rocky 12 months with not much happening. But Mary being Mary, she’s pushing on through and is back in the studio recording some great tracks.

This track “Everyday People” is produced by Jermaine Dupri and Brian Michael Cox, and it’s apparently the lead release single from her confirmed upcoming LP My Life II: The Journey Continues (Act 2)’.

We haven’t heard a lot of the classic Mary J. Blige recently and it maybe has been a while since we heard a real banger from the R&B singer, however this is a nice laid back track sampled from the original “Everyday People”, and we are PRAYING for some more hot tracks from her soon! Take a listen to the track below:

NEW MUSIC!!: Miguel Ft. Alicia Keys “Where’s The Fun In Forever”

We’re all still anxiously awaiting the release of his album “Kaleidoscope Dream”, and Miguel has joined forces with Alicia Key’s for a track pulled off the sophomore.

It’s definitely a song for both parties and we love it! As strong as the amazing track “Adorn”.

NEW MUSIC!!: Alicia Keys – Girl On Fire

It’s been a summer of great great sport with the Olympics and Paralympics taking place in London and we’ve also had some pretty decent weather.

September has come now however and it means the end of the Olympics and the official start of Autum. However some great music has come around so far this month to keep our spirits high!

The first one that we’ve liked is Alicia Keys new single Girl On Fire. After hearing her first single New Day produced by husband Swizz Beatz, we were hoping for some more great work from the 31 year old singer, and she definitely delivered with this track, having delivered two versions of the single. Take a listen below and tell us what you think in our poll!

NEW MUSIC!!: Cassie ft Youg Jeezy – Balcony

She’s back! Since the release of her debut self titled album in 2006, Cassie has been in and out of the music scene.

Speculation has arisen as to whether she was releasing an album or not and with who?

Well her second studio album is due to be released in September 2012. We’ve already heard one track from this,” King of Hearts” which you can here below.

Her mixtape “Rock-A-Bye Baby” is also being worked on simultaneously with her sophomore album.

But here is a new new track! Produced by  Rico Love (who wrote Beyonce’s “Sweet Dream”) , “Baclony” features Young Jeezy. We’re not too sure what to think of it just yet. It could be something that grows on us. But we do have high hopes for Cassie. Tracks from her previous album were pretty impressive.

NEW MUSIC!!: Brandy – Wildest Dreams

OK so we’re still buzzed over the release of the new video for Brandy’s single featuring Chris Brown ” Put It Down”.

And now she’s showing us how it’s really done by releasing a new single called “Wildest Dreams”.

NEW MUSIC!!: Aaliyah ft. Drake – Enough Said

We LOVE Drake..and we LOVE Aaliyah even more! Since her tragic death on August 25th 2001, we’ve missed new music from her and just seeing her on our screen.

She made some AMAZING songs including the likes of “More Than A Woman”, “Are You That Somebody” and “I Care 4 U”.

We’ve been lucky enough to hear this amazing track from some of her previous work, with Drake collaborating with her. This is something that most definitely brings her back into our minds.

Drake does the track justice with some amazing work as always and manages to keep her amazing work continue.

We miss her dearly. She may not be here in person but always here in spirit. RIP Aaliyah Houghton.
